Ameriabank CJSC  has issued and is publicly offering nominal coupon book-entry bonds during the period from December 03, 2019 to January 17, 2020, inclusive, with the following terms and conditions:

Ameriabank CJSC program prospectus was registered by the resolution of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia #1/75A dated February 08, 2019. Supplementary prospectuses were registered by the resolution of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia #1/257A dated May 02, 2019 and #1/619A dated August 21, 2019.

To purchase bonds, the investors shall fill in the application form and deliver it to the Arranger in a due manner. Subject to the application, investors accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the issue.

After the completion of bond purchase application and its delivery to the Arranger but not later than before 4:30 p.m. inclusive of the bond purchase day the interested investors should make the payment to #1570043100494501 bank account opened by Ameriabank CJSC.
