Eligibility Criteria (Nor Nork)

  • The premises should be located within the area between the intersection of Gai Ave., Totovents and Nansen streets and the intersection of Gai Ave., Baghiyan and A. Hovhannisyan streets.
  • It should be a detached construction or located on the first floor of the building, at least pavement level or higher.
  • Total area: 250-300 sq. m.
  • Floor-to-ceiling height: 3 m
  • At least 3 stained glass windows on the front; main entrance from the street; reserve entrance from the back of the building will be a plus.
  • A basement is highly desirable (total area: ≥ 30 sq. m.; floor-to-ceiling height: ≥ 2.70 m; entrance from the first floor).
  • A parking lot in front of the premises is a necessity.

  • The premises should be located within the area between the intersection of N.Tigranyan Str. and Komitas Ave. and intersection of Shirvanzade Str. and Komitas Ave.
  • It should be a detached construction or located on the first floor of the building, at least pavement level or higher.
  • Total area: 250-300 sq. m.
  • Floor-to-ceiling height: 3 m
  • At least 3 stained glass windows on the front; main entrance from the street; reserve entrance from the back of the building will be a plus.

  • It should be a detached construction or located on the first floor of the building, at least pavement level or higher.
  • Total area: 250-300 sq. m.
  • Floor-to-ceiling height: 3 m
  • At least 3 stained glass windows on the front; main entrance from the street; reserve entrance from the back of the building will be a plus.
  • A basement is highly desirable (total area: ≥ 30 sq. m.; floor-to-ceiling height: ≥ 2.70 m; entrance from the first floor).

  • A letter-proposal specifying expected monthly rent and brief description of the premises
  • Contact information of the owner of the premises
  • Copy of the certificate of the title to the real estate
  • Photos clearly identifying the location of the premises
