USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) is an online service enabling customers to receive information about their bank accounts (balance, last 4-5 transactions), as well as instantly block their cards using their cell phones.

*The service is free for Ameriabank cardholders.
Currently, the USSD service is available to the customers of Beelinel, Vivacell MTS and Ucom mobile network operators.
To use USSD service you should:

1.Dial *116# from the phone number you’ve provided to the Bank and follow the instructions.
2. Choose one of the commands specified below:

  • Card number
  • Choose language (Armenian, English)
  • Fees


3. After selecting the “Card number” command, please choose one of the following actions:

  • Balance
  • Mini-statement (last 4-5 transactions, please note that the number of transactions to be displayed depends on the technical capacities of your phone)
  • Card blocking


4. Once you’ve selected any of the options, you will receive an SMS with the information you’re interested in.

Important to Know

1. You may link not more than 5 cards to one phone number.
2. Whenever you send an inquiry, the list will show all your cards issued by Armenia-based ARCA member banks which are providing USSD service, if such cards are also registered under the same phone number.

Attention

The Bank shall not be held liable for any disclosure of information through your phone or any related actions resulting from third party access to your phone.
The service will be effective from December 9, 2016.
