Currency and disbursement method
Loans are available in AMD and USD in non-cash form by crediting the loan amount to the account of the borrower with the bank.


Loan collateral
Mortgage loans are secured by the real estate in question. If required, other real estate may also serve as collateral.
The maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio is 80%, i.e. the amount of loan makes maximum 80% of the salvage value of real estate as reported by independent appraisers.

The pledged real estate should be appraised by an independent company cooperating with the bank. The company is selected by the client from the list offered by the bank.

 

Real estate appraisal cost: 13,000-28,000 Armenian drams

Notary’s fee: 13,000-25,000 Armenian drams

Cadastre’s fee: 81,000 Armenian drams for acquisition transactions and 36,000 Armenian drams for renovation
