SME Loan Campaign

SME Loan Campaign:


  • Loans are provided in accordance with standard lending procedure.  
  • Open until  September 01, 2017
  • Eligible clients: New clients meeting Ameriabank’s requirements and borrowers transferring to Ameriabank from other banks. Borrowers must have green or yellow credit history as defined by Ameriabank lending policies.


Loans are provided on standard lending terms, except the following:  

Loan disbursement fee


Minimum term

2 years for refinanced loans

Grace period for principal

Until December 30

Maximum term

5 years for acquisition of working assets, 10 years for acquisition of property, plant and equipment and other investments


Armenian drams, US dollars, euros


Early repayment penalty

5% of amount repaid before due date, if such repayment is made within 3 years. Penalty is payable lump-sum.

If the loan is refinanced, the followings expenses related to formalization of pledge are made by the bank:       

1. Fee for unified statement from State Committee of Real Estate Cadaster under the Government of the Republic of Armenia, fee for encumbrance report (for vehicles – statement from police on encumbrance of vehicle)
2. Fee for notarization of pledged real estate
3. Fee for filing and registration of the bank's security interest under pledge agreements in relevant state agency   

4. Pledge appraisal fee
